William is 6 Months old!

Saturday June 7 marked William's half birthday! Where has the time gone? How can be be six months old, halfway to a year already? He brings such joy into our lives every day that he is here. I'm so thankful that we have our beautiful little boy! He weighs 17lbs 2.6oz (50th%) and is 26.75" long (75th%). He loves to interact with people & smiles at everyone. He's getting more vocal & loves to "talk" in long, loud bursts. He is even learning to squeal at his sisters when he needs some space! He is getting more and more mobile and will scoot or roll all around the room when on the floor. He really wants to crawl and is trying daily, getting up on all fours and rocking back and forth. He is not quite sitting up yet but it's only because that would require him to sit still long enough to balance himself and he's not going to do that! There is just too much to see and do! He loves to nurse and loves to be tickled and kissed. He kicks his legs wildly when he's excited and he saves his biggest smiles for his family. He loves his sister Seri to hold him and Maya to sing to him. He gets so excited when Daddy gets home from work and is heartbroken if Daddy doesn't pick him up right away, which you know he always does! He's still not a sleeper but we wouldn't trade him for the world!
